Tripolis: Tripoli, northern Lebanon
Minted from the reign of Aurelian (AD 270-275) through to Diocletian and Maximian (284-305). The mint was probably closed about 286. The mint city is normally identified with the Tripolis south of Antioch, but there have been suggestions that Tripolis in Phrygia, in Asia Minor was the mint site.
