Arelate: Arles, France
Operational from 313 A.D. (establishment transferred from Ostia). Finally closed circa 475 A.D. (In 328 A.D., the name of Arelate was changed to Constantina in honour of Constantine II. After his death, in 340, the name reverted to Arelate, but in 353 Constantius II changed it back to Constantina and it retained this name for the remainder of the period.)
